FAQ

Conference tickets are available to purchase at the Earlybird rate of €3,600 until Friday 24 November 2017. After that date, the Standard rate of €4,000 will apply.

Tickets can be purchased online via Eventbrite, our ticketing system.

Your ticket will include:

  • Access to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 17 April 2018
  • Access to the Conference on Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 April 2018
  • Access to the Party on Wednesday 18 April 2018
  • All documentation (e.g. conference guidebook, videos of conference sessions)
  • Refreshments and food at the Welcome Reception, Conference and Party.

No. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. A limited number of bedrooms at a special rate are available at a variety of hotels in Lisbon – please visit the Hotels section of our website for more information.

No. Your ticket does not include a visa to enter Portugal. Citizens of many nations are able to enter Portugal without obtaining a visa, but it is your responsibility to check. You may find this website useful: https://www.visitportugal.com/en/sobre-portugal/info-util

Citizens of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland need only a passport or identity card to enter Portugal. For visits under 90 days, citizens of countries including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, U.S.A., Uruguay and Venezuela need only a passport valid for at least three months after the end of the stay.

Under the terms of the Convention Implementing the Schengen Agreement, flights between Schengen states are considered to be internal flights, and passengers do not need to obtain another visa.

You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at any time, free of charge. Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted, minus a 10% administration fee, until Friday 16 February 2018. After that date, tickets will be 100% non-refundable.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter or change the speakers, content or timings of the programme. By attending the conference, participants may be photographed or filmed, and their likenesses or any commentary featured in Condé Nast International media. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not responsible for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.
